Notification in Accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9 § 5: Zeres Capital Ab Increased Its Holding in Sanitec Corporation

Zeres Capital AB has informed Sanitec Corporation (STO:SNTC) that it has purchased Sanitec shares on 10 December 2013 and now owns one twentieth (1/20) of the company’s shares and votes. Following the transaction Zeres Capital AB owns 5,000,000 shares, or 5.00%, of Sanitec Corporation’s share capital and total votes.

Trading on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm in the shares of Sanitec Corporation commenced on 10 December 2013. Settlement of trades made on 10 December 2013 is expected to occur on 13 December 2013.
