Anchor Oy Ab has acquired 1.900.000 shares on stock exchange trade executed on 4 June 2018. Amount corresponds to 5.07 % of total shares in the company. Through the transaction Anchor Oy Ab increases its holding from 3.903.677 shares to 5.803.677 shares in eQ Plc, corresponding increase from 10,41 % to 15,47 %.

In addition Oy Neonest Ab owns 20.000 shares of eQ Plc at the date of the notification, corresponding 0,05 % of the outstanding shares in the company.

Anchor Oy Ab is fully owned subsidiary of Rettig Group Oy Ab. Rettig Group Oy Ab and Oy Neonest Ab are both subsidiaries of Rettig Capital Oy Ab.
