Notice to attend the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Semcon AB (publ)

Shareholders of Semcon AB (publ)(STO:SEMC), corporate identity number 556539-9549, are hereby invited to attend the Annual General Meeting at 3 p.m. on 26 April 2013 at the company’s office on Theres Svenssons gata 15, Göteborg, Sweden.

Participation in the AGM and registration

Shareholders wishing to participate in the AGM shall be registered in the Shareholders’ Register held by Euroclear Sweden AB as of 20 April 2013 and have notified the company of their intention to attend by 4 p.m. on 20 April 2013. Notification of participation at the Meeting shall be made in writing to Annika Tedenhag, 417 80 Göteborg, Sweden, by telefax to +46 31-721 03 33, by email to annika.tedenhag@semcon.com or by telephone to +46 736-840799.

Shares registered to trustees

Shareholders whose shares are registered in the name of a trustee and who would like to participate in the Shareholders’ Meeting must temporarily re-register their shares in their own name. Re-registration must be requested from the trustee. As the record date is a Saturday, voting registration must be executed via Euroclear Sweden AB by Friday 19 April 2013 at the latest. Shareholders who desire such re-registration must notify their trustees well in advance of this date.
