In the context of the organization of Mr. Guy Nafilyan’s succession, the Board of Directors held today appointed Mr. Nordine Hachemi General Manager and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, with effect on July 1^st.

As from this date, Mr. Guy Nafilyan will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors.
