Nonprofit Selects UltiPro® Workplace for HR, Payroll, and Time Management

Buffalo Hearing & Speech offers innovative services to children and adults with communication and educational challenges, and its mission is to improve the quality of life for adults, children, and infants who are in need of speech, hearing, or educational services.

Pat Randle joined the New York-based nonprofit as the director of HR in early 2011, and with 20 years of experience in HR and HCM technology solutions, she concluded that the disjointed service bureau systems that Buffalo Hearing & Speech has been using did not provide sufficient capabilities or the functionality needed for HR to have strategic impact on the organization.

Randle knew of Ultimate’s leading reputation in the HCM technology industry, and after investigating numerous providers, she decided the UltiPro solution was the clear choice for the organization.
