Nomination Committee’s Proposal for Catena Board of Directors

Catena’s (STO:CATE) Nomination Committee proposes that the Annual General Meeting 2013 reappoints board members Henry Klotz, Christer Sandberg, Bo Forsén and Lennart Schönning. Further, the Nomination Committee proposes Katarina Wallin as new Board Member replacing Jan Johansson who has declined reappointment. The Nomination Committee proposes that Henry Klotz is reappointed as Chairman of the Board.

Katarina Wallin, a civil engineer graduate from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, works as a senior consultant within the property and urban planning sectors at Evidensgruppen. Katarina has previously held various management positions at the urban planning consultant Tyréns and other companies.

The proposal is justified by the changes in the ownership of large blocks of shares in the Company. The Nomination Committee's aim has been to achieve a continuity of the work of the Board as well as appointing new Board Members and a higher proportion of independent directors in accordance with the Code of Corporate Governance.

Catena’s Nomination Committee consists of Caroline af Ugglas, representing Skandia Liv, Erik Paulsson, representing Fabege AB, Tomas Andersson, representing Peab AB and Henry Klotz, representing CLS Holdings plc. Caroline af Ugglas has chaired the committee. The Nomination Committee is convened by the Chairman of the Board Henry Klotz.
