Nokian Tyres has received a notification from Keskinäinen työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Varma on 27 May 2015, according to which the total holding of Keskinäinen työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Varma in Nokian Tyres plc fell below 5 percent as a result of a share transaction concluded on 26 May 2015.
