Nokian Tyres: Disclosure under chapter 9, section 10 of the securities market act

Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from BlackRock Inc. on 23 March 2015, according to which the holdings of the mutual funds managed by BlackRock exceeded level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of a share transactions concluded on 20 March 2015. BlackRock held on deal date a total of 6,790,650 Nokian Tyres’ shares representing 5.09% of company’s 133,470,833 shares and voting rights.
