NMHG Names Michael Brogan Vice Chairman, CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc. or NMHG, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. (HY) announced that, effective immediately, it has named Michael Brogan to Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer or CEO and promoted Colin Wilson to President and Chief Operating Officer and President, Americas of the company.

Commenting on Brogan, the company said he has been serving NMHG for the past seven years as President and Chief Executive Officer.

NMHG noted that Wilson has been with the company for 25 years, most recently as Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer and President, Americas.
