NIBE has decided to not go forward with the process of evaluating a potential acquisition of all or a majority of Fujitsu General Limited

As previously communicated in a press release on February 28, 2023, NIBE Industrier AB ("NIBE”) is in a process of evaluating a potential acquisition of all or a majority of Fujitsu General Limited. NIBE has today decided to not go forward with that process. No further comments on this matter will be made.
