New number of shares in Handelsbanken

In May, a split of the shares of Svenska Handelsbanken AB (STO:SHBA) (STO:SHBB) was executed in which every existing share was divided into three shares of the same class (3:1 split). Following the split, an exchange of convertible notes has taken place due to which the number of Class A shares has increased by 3 614 shares and the number of votes has increased by 3 614. Following the split and the increase due to the exchange of convertible notes, the total number of shares in Handelsbanken is 1 907 042 468 of which 1 871 791 139 are Class A shares and 35 251 329 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is 1 875 316 272. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 955 915 825.40 after the increase.
