New Number of Shares in Handelsbanken

Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB (STO:SHBA)(OSE:SHBA)(CSE:SHBA), the number of Class A shares has increased by 1 736 shares and the number of votes has increased by 1 736. Following the increase, the total number of shares in Handelsbanken is 635 666 472 of which 623 916 029 are Class A shares and 11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is 625 091 073. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 955 849 094.80 after the increase.
