New Flyer Industries Inc. Announces First Quarter 2018 Dividend
WINNIPEG, March 15, 2018 /CNW/ - (TSX:NFI) New Flyer Industries Inc. ("NFI Group") today declared a quarterly dividend for the period January 1, 2018 to March 31, 2018 on the common shares of NFI Group (the "Shares") in the amount of C$0.325 per Share to holders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2018. The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2018.
The dividends on the Shares are designated as "eligible dividends" for purposes of the enhanced dividend tax credit rules contained in the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any corresponding provincial and territorial tax legislation.
