Networked Insurance Agents Announces New Ownership

GRASS VALLEY, Calif., Sept. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Networked Insurance Agents, a leading P/C aggregator, has announced today that a small group of individual investors has acquired the company from Strongwood Holding Company LLC. George Biancardi, President and CEO, has successfully led the investor group which includes the company's CFO, Kelly McRae, and Executive Vice President, Larry Oslie. The 20‐year-old aggregator will continue to serve independent agents across the West from two main offices: Grass Valley in Northern California and Orange in Southern California.
