Nederman Initiates Repurchase of Own Shares

Nederman (STO:NMAN) announces that the Board of Directors has decided to initiate repurchase of own shares in accordance with the decision of the AGM on April 23, 2013.

The purpose of the repurchase is to complete the AGM's decision to repurchase shares to meet commitments in relation to decided share incentive program.
