Nature's Sunshine Appoints Gregory Probert As CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Nature's Sunshine Products, Inc. (NATR) has named Gregory Probert as Chief Executive and would also continue as the Board Chairman. Willem Mesdag, who has served on the board since 2009 and was earlier the chair of the Audit Committee, would continue as Lead Independent Director.

Probert has headed the firm as Interim Chief Executive since April 1, 2013. Furthermore, he has been the Executive Chairman of the board since January 2013 and Executive Vice Chairman of the Board since June 2011. Prior to his election as Executive Vice Chairman, Probert was an independent consultant to the company since 2010.
