NACCO's Unit Hamilton Beach In Multi-year Licensing Deal With Sub-Zero Group

(RTTNews) - Small household appliances Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc., a unit of NACCO Industries, Inc. (NC), Tuesday announced that it has entered into an exclusive multi-year licensing agreement with Sub-Zero Group, Inc. to create a line of luxury counter top appliances and kitchen tools under the Wolf Gourmet brand name.

The company noted that the Wolf Gourmet products will be positioned to complement Wolf appliances in the kitchen.

Hamilton Beach will develop, market and sell Wolf Gourmet products at select retailers. The premium line will also be available to consumers through the Sub-Zero and Wolf distributor and dealer network and supported by Wolf's best-in-class Customer Care team.

The company plans a U.S. product launch for spring 2015, and global launch at a later date.
