MutualFirst Financial, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

MUNCIE, Ind., Aug. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MutualFirst Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ:MFSF), the holding company of MutualBank, has announced the Company will pay a cash dividend of $ .06 per share for the third quarter of 2013.  The dividend will be payable on September 27, 2013 to shareholders of record on September 13, 2013.

The Company and its subsidiary, MutualBank, are well capitalized and strong by all regulatory standards.
