Motorola Solutions Files Patent Infringement Lawsuits Against Hytera In Germany

(RTTNews) - Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI) announced it has filed patent infringement complaints in a Regional Court in Germany against Hytera Communications Corporation Limited of Shenzhen, China and Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH of Bad Munder, Germany. The complaints assert that Hytera's two-way wireless communication devices that utilize "pseudo-trunking" functionality are infringing a Motorola Solutions' patent.

The legal action follows the patent infringement complaint filed by Motorola Solutions against Hytera with the U.S. International Trade Commission on March 29, 2017.
