Morton's Restaurant Group Elects William C. Anton to its Board of Directors

CHICAGO, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc. today announced that William C. Anton, a leading innovator in the airport foodservice industry and chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Culinary Institute of America, has been elected to Morton's Board of Directors.

Mr. Anton, 66, transformed airport foodservice in 1989 when he founded Anton Airfood, Inc., a company that offers fine dining, national and local restaurant brands and high quality service to air travelers. Anton Airfood grew from a single restaurant at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport to a leading company with 192 restaurants in 21 airports in North America. Airport Retail News named Anton Airfood the "Best Airport Restaurant Operator" for 10 consecutive years and Mr. Anton received the Silver Plate Award for "Chain Operator of the Year" from the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association and the "Golden Chain Award" from Nation's Restaurant News. Mr. Anton resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife Patricia.
