MicroStrategy Inc. Q4 Income Climbs 72%

(RTTNews) - MicroStrategy Inc. (MSTR) released earnings for its fourth quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $39.11 million, or $3.38 per share. This was higher than $22.70 million, or $1.19 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $2.19 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 3.6% to $143.52 million. This was down from $148.87 million last year.
