Markforged Gets Dismissed From Desktop Metal's Lawsuit Against Nano Dimension

(RTTNews) - Markforged Holding Corp. (MKFG), Friday announced that the company has been dismissed voluntarily without prejudice from Desktop Metal, Inc.'s (DM) lawsuit against Nano Dimension Ltd. (NNDM), a provider of intelligent machines.

The lawsuit claimed that Nano breached the terms of merger agreement with the technology company Desktop Metal by entering into a similar deal with Markforged.

Notably, Markforged has entered into a merger agreement with Nano Dimension. Following the deal's closing on January 24, Markforged will function as an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Nano.

Currently, Markforged's stock is trading at $3.40, up 2.62 percent on the New York Stock Exchange.
