ManTech Provides Update on Executive Search Process

ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT) today provided an update on its search for a new President of the Company. ManTech has retained the services of Korn/Ferry International, a nationally recognized executive search firm, to assist with the review and evaluation of internal and external candidates for this position. This process has begun and ManTech has met with a number of potential candidates. Mr. Robert A. Coleman, who served as President of ManTech since September 2004, has completed his transition to a consulting role for ManTech. Mr. George J. Pedersen, the Company’s co-founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, has assumed the additional position of President on an interim basis until the search process for a new President is completed. Mr. Pedersen previously served as the Company’s President until 2004.
