ManTech Awarded $51.3 Million Engineering Services Contract from the N

FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 2005--ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT), a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions focused on mission-critical national security programs for the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, the Department of State, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security and other U.S. federal government customers, announced today that it has been awarded a contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to provide engineering and technical support services for the Submarine and Surface Ship Signature Silencing Program at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD). The five-year contract has a total potential value of $51.3 million.
Under the competitively awarded task order through NAVSEA's streamlined SeaPort Enhanced Multiple Award Contract, ManTech will provide technical and logistic support for submarine and surface ship signature measurement trials. This includes data collection, testing, analysis, operations, maintenance, logistics, and repair services. Work will be performed at NSWCCD Bremerton Detachment and ManTech facilities in Bremerton, Washington.
