Manchester United Reports Pretax Profit In Q3 - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Manchester United (MANU) reported third-quarter profit before tax of 20.43 million pounds, compared to a loss of 3.15 million pounds, previous year. Profit to owners of the parent increased to 10.91 million pounds from 3.63 million pounds. Earnings per share was 6.66 pence, compared to 2.22 pence.

Adjusted EBITDA increased to 40.0 million pounds from 25.0 million pounds. Adjusted earnings per share was 7.93 pence, compared to 2.52 pence.

Revenue increased to 115.49 million pounds from 91.72 million pounds.

For fiscal 2014, Manchester United continues to expect: revenue to be 420 million pounds to 430 million pounds, and adjusted EBITDA to be 128 million pounds to 133 million pounds.
