Manchester United Q3 Profit Rises; Revenue Up 3.4% - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Manchester United (MANU) reported third-quarter profit of 7.6 million pounds compared to 6.9 million pounds, prior year. Profit per share improved to 4.65 pence from 4.19 pence. Adjusted net income increased to 7.8 million pounds from 1.5 million pounds, prior year. Adjusted earnings per share was 4.71 pence compared to 0.91 pence.

Third-quarter revenue increased year-on-year to 152.07 million pounds from 147.06 million pounds.

For fiscal 2019, Manchester United continues to expect: revenue to be 615 million pounds to 630 million pounds; and adjusted EBITDA to be 175 million pounds to 190 million pounds.
