M.D.C. Holdings Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

DENVER, Oct. 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twenty-five cents($0.25) per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 to shareowners of record on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.
