LinkedIn Updates 2015 Outlook

(RTTNews) - LinkedIn Corp. (LNKD) announced the company now expects its full year non-GAAP EPS to be approximately $2.63. The company expects revenue between approximately $2.975 and $2.980 billion, an increase of $35 - $40 million compared to prior guidance.

In July, LinkedIn Corp. projected full year 2015 revenue of about $2.94 billion and adjusted earnings of about $2.19 per share.

LinkedIn expects full year adjusted EBITDA of approximately $740 million, an increase of approximately $75 million compared to prior guidance.

For the fourth quarter, the company expects: Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $210 million; non-GAAP EPS of approximately $0.74; and revenue between $845 and $850 million.

For the third-quarter, the company reported adjusted EBITDA of $208 million, or 27% of revenue which is consistent with last year. Non-GAAP EPS improved to $0.78 compared to $0.52 last year. Total revenue increased 37% year-over-year to $780 million, which includes $41 million in revenue from lynda.com.
