Lear Corporation Bottom Line Advances In Q4

(RTTNews) - Lear Corporation (LEA) announced earnings for its fourth quarter that increased from last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $300.4 million, or $4.38 per share. This was up from $270.1 million, or $3.80 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $4.28 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 15.5% to $5.36 billion. This was up from $4.64 billion last year.
