Lattice Semiconductor To Repurchase Up To $20 Mln Of Stock - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Lattice Semiconductor Corp. (LSCC) announced that its board has approved a stock repurchase program by which up to $20 million of its outstanding common stock may be repurchased from time to time. The duration of the repurchase program is twelve months.

The company stated that the purchases will be funded from available working capital. As of February 27, 2014, Lattice had approximately 117.06 million shares of common stock outstanding.

Lattice Semiconductor just concluded a twelve month repurchase program in February 2014, having repurchased and retired about 800 thousand total shares at a cost of approximately $3.7 million.
