KORIAN: Termination of a Liquidity Contract with ODDO Corporate Finance

With effect from 30 June 2015, the liquidity contract issued between the company KORIAN (Paris:KORI) and ODDO Corporate Finance has been terminated.

To date, the following resources were recorded on the liquidity account:

• 85,266 KORIAN shares;
• € 1,805,872.05

It is reminded that at the latest semi-annual report as of 31 December 2014, the following resources were recorded on the liquidity account:

• 23,756 KORIAN shares;
• € 3,755,883.74

IMPLEMENTATION OF A LIQUIDITY CONTRACT WITH NATIXIS

As of 1 July 2015, for a period of one year, renewable by tacit agreement, the company KORIAN appointed NATIXIS for the implementation of a liquidity contract on its common shares, consistent with the Charter of Ethics established by the AMAFI and approved by the AMF decision of 8 March 2011.

For the implementation of this contract, the following resources have been allocated to the liquidity account:

• 85,266 KORIAN shares;
• € 1,805,872.05
