Korian Optimizes Its Financing Through the Successful Issue of a EUR 179m Euro PP

Korian (Paris:KORI), European leader in Ageing Well, announced the successful completion of a multi-tranche Euro PP of EUR 179m in a bond format. The Euro PP was placed among major European institutional investors.

The notes are due to be listed on NYSE Euronext Paris from 10 July, 2015:

- ISIN Code FR0012833796: EUR 28m 7-year maturity 2.966% coupon maturing July 10, 2022
- ISIN Code FR0012833788: EUR 135m 8-year maturity coupon 3.306% maturing July 10, 2023
- ISIN Code FR0012833804: EUR16m 10-year maturity coupon 3.740%, maturing July 10, 2025

The prospectus (AMF visa n°: 15-349) relating to the notes is available on Korian’s website (www.korian.com) and also on the AMF’s website (ww.amf-france.org). On the occasion of the release of this prospectus, Korian stated that its consolidated gross debt as at 31 March 2015 had not increased by more than EUR 15m compared to 31 December 2014.

This operation gives Korian the opportunity to further diversify its funding sources and strengthen its financial structure by lengthening the maturity of its debt.
