Korian - Medica : Combined General Meeting of 26 June 2014 - Results of the votes

The Combined General Meeting of Korian - Medica’s Shareholders (the "Company”) was held on 26 June 2014, under the chairmanship of Mr. Jacques Bailet. The shareholders approved all the resolutions presented to them, including in particular a favourable advisory vote on the components of the compensation due to the Company executive officers ("Say on Pay”) and the distribution of a global amount of €0.60 per share, with an option for each shareholder to receive the payment of its €0.30 dividend in newly issued shares. This option is open from 3 to 22 July 2014 included. For the shareholders who will decide to exercise this option, the price of the newly issued shares shall be €26.42 per share. The payment in cash and the delivery of the new shares will take place on 31 July 2014.
