Korian - Medica (the "Company”) (Paris:KORI) announces today that its 2014 Half-Year Financial Report is now available to the public and has been filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (the "AMF”).

The report is available on the AMF’s website (www.amf-france.org) as well as on the Company’s website (www.groupe-korian.com).

The 2014 Half-Year Financial Report is also available at the Company’s registered office (32, rue Guersant - 75017 Paris - France).
