Kesko's financial statements, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Statement and 2014 Annual Report

Kesko's financial statements, the separate Corporate Government Statement and Remuneration Statement for 2014, referred to in the Finnish Corporate Governance Code, and the 2014 Annual Report have been published today in Finnish and English.

The financial statements can be read and downloaded at http://www.kesko.fi/sijoittaja/hallinnointiperiaatteet/tilinpaatos-ja-kertomukset. The financial statements include the consolidated financial statements, the Report by the Board of Directors and the Auditor's Report.

Kesko's 2014 Annual Report, which replaces the Annual Report and the Corporate Responsibility Report prepared separately in previous years, can be read in Finnish and English at http://www.kesko2014.kesko.fi. The report contains a business review and the responsibility indicators (GRI), as well as the financial statements and the statements referred to in the Corporate Governance Code.
