Kennedy-Wilson Prices 8 Mln Shares At $21.45/share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. (KW) Tuesday announced pricing of its underwritten public offering of 8 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $21.45 per share.

The real estate investment and services firm noted that the offering is expected to close on January 10, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.

The company expects to use net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including future acquisitions and co-investments.

Kennedy Wilson has also granted the underwriter of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.2 million additional shares of common stock. Deutsche Bank Securities is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.
