Juniper Networks to Demonstrate High-Performance Network Infrastructure Solutions at Interop Las Vegas 2008

Juniper Networks, Inc. Through true product integration and tight interoperability across Juniper’s high-performance network infrastructure solutions, Juniper is helping enterprises to reduce the cost and complexity of managing legacy networks while enhancing their ability to mitigate threats and more efficiently maintain compliance requirements. Juniper Speaking Sessions Monday, April 28 at NAC Day Event: Steve Hanna, distinguished engineer, and Denzil Wessels, technical marketing manager, will participate in an industry panel that looks at network access control (NAC) deployment, architecture and real-world lessons learned Tuesday, April 29 at 11:30 a.m. PT: Tim Richards, senior product manager, will participate in a panel titled, "Optimizing the Performance of Enterprise Applications” Tuesday, April 29 at 2:00 p.m. PT: Michael Frendo, senior vice president, high-end security systems, will participate in a panel titled, "Network Services: Which Ones and Where?” NAC Day Participation This full-day seminar will cover the concepts behind NAC, giving attendees the tools to understand both single-vendor NAC solutions and NAC architectures from Cisco, Microsoft and the Trusted Computing Group. There will be discussions on specific issues enterprises face when deploying NAC; and speakers will cover key strategies to ensure successful NAC planning and deployment. Interop Labs Participation – Network Access Control Initiative Interop Labs is a consortium of industry volunteers whose purpose is to demonstrate and highlight the interoperability of products in an educational, vendor-neutral and standards-driven format. The labs are an integral part of the Interop Las Vegas show. Building on previous years, this year’s NAC lab will focus on the three major 802.1X-based NAC architectures. The lab will explore interoperability in a number of areas, including between components within a framework, interoperability between the frameworks and interoperability in the larger environment that make these technologies deployable.
