JP Energy Launches IPO Of 13.75 Mln Shares - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - JP Energy Partners LP said Monday it has commenced its initial public offering of 13.75 million common units representing limited partner interests in JPE.

JP Energy will also grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional about 2.06 million common units.

JP Energy said the common units have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange and will trade under the ticker symbol "JPEP."

The common units being offered to the public represent an about 37.7% limited partner interest in JP Energy, or an approximate 43.4% limited partner interest if the underwriters exercise, in full, their option to purchase additional common units.
