J2 Global Names Scott Turicchi CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - j2 Global, Inc. (JCOM), a provider of Internet services through its business cloud and digital media divisions, said its current President and former Chief Financial Officer or CFO, Scott Turicchi, would assume the CFO role, effective with Kathleen Griggs' departure from her position as CFO and Treasurer of j2 Global on August 8, 2014, for personal reasons.

Griggs' departure is not because of any disagreement with j2 Global on any matter relating to j2 Global's operations, policies or practices. Prior to her departure, Griggs is anticipated to participate in j2 Global's second-quarter 2014 earnings call and would remain CFO through the preparation and filing of the company's Quarterly Report on 10-Q for the quarter.
