J2 Global Acquires Web24 Group; Terms Not Disclosed - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - j2 Global, Inc. (JCOM) said Monday that it has acquired the assets of Web24 Group Pty Ltd., based in Melbourne, Australia. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed and the financial impact to j2 is not expected to be material.

Web24 offers domain name, web hosting, dedicated or shared servers and related services primarily to small and mid-size businesses in and elsewhere. This is a natural extension of j2's business cloud services and provides the infrastructure and expertise required to expand Web24's business into additional countries, whether organically or via future acquisitions.
