Island International Investment Limited Partnership Announces Proposed Sale of its Shares in IFCO Systems N.V. to Brambles Investment Limited

Island International Investment Limited Partnership (majority owned by funds advised by Apax Partners) today informed us that it and other sellers have today signed a contract on the sale of their shares in IFCO Systems N.V. to Brambles Investment Limited, a subsidiary of Brambles Limited. Island International Investment Limited Partnership and other sellers hold 95.9% of the shares in IFCO Systems N.V.

The sale and transfer of the shares is still subject to certain approval requirements and conditions, inter alia the approval by the cartel authorities.

Furthermore, Brambles Investment Limited has today announced its intention to make a voluntary public tender offer to the shareholders of IFCO Systems N.V.
