Iron Mountain Names Stuart Brown EVP & CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Iron Mountain Incorporated (IRM) announced Stuart Brown will be joining the company on or around July 25, and will assume the role of Executive Vice President and CFO when Day steps down. Roderick Day, current executive vice president and CFO, will leave the company due to personal reasons. He will remain with the company through mid-October for transition purposes.

Brown has served as CFO since 2011 for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc., a casual dining chain based in Denver, Colorado. From 2006 to 2011, Brown was CFO for DCT Industrial Trust Inc., a real estate investment trust.
