IONA Names Bruce Ryan to Board of Directors

Mr. Ryan currently serves on the boards of Kronos Incorporated andKVH Industries, and previously held board positions with AxedaSystems, CNT Corporation, Enterasys Systems, Inrange TechnologyCorporation, Perceptive Bio Corp., Ross Systems and TarantellaCorporation. He has held a variety of senior management positions inthe high technology industry, most recently as executive vicepresident and chief financial officer of Global Knowledge Network, aprovider of information technology learning services andcertifications. Mr. Ryan was also executive vice president and chieffinancial officer for Amdahl Corporation and held a variety of seniorexecutive and financial positions at Digital Equipment Corporation. Hereceived a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston College and anM.B.A. from Suffolk University.
