Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. Announces Quarterly Common and Series A Preferred Stock Dividends

ATLANTA, Dec. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: IVR) today announced that its Board of Directors declared quarterly dividends on shares of its common stock and Series A preferred stock. 

Common Stock Dividend

The Company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.42 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2017.  The dividend will be paid on January 26, 2018 to stockholders of record on December 26, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 22, 2017. 

Series A Preferred Stock Dividend

The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 7.75% Series A Preferred Stock of $0.4844 per share.  The dividend will be paid on January 25, 2018 to stockholders of record on January 1, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2017.

Series B and Series C Preferred Stock Dividends

The Board of Directors previously declared fourth quarter dividends associated with its 7.75% Fixed-to-Floating Series B Preferred Stock and its 7.50% Fixed-to-Floating Series C Preferred Stock of $0.4844 per share and $0.68229 per share, respectively.  These dividends will be paid on December 27, 2017 to stockholders of record on December 5, 2017.
