InventHelp Inventor Develops Limited Access Monitor for Smartphones (LAX-1025)

They developed EYE to allow someone other than the phone owner limited access to the phone's digital content only. At the same time, it protects personal and confidential smartphone contents against unauthorized access or loss. Furthermore, it reduces the chances of losing a smartphone since the owner can keep the phone while sharing some of its digital content. What's more, it is easy to operate and store when not in use and requires no Internet connection. In addition, it is convenient, entertaining and affordably priced.

The invention enables parents to control the content their children watch. It provides children with the luxury of a cell phone with a 24/7 internet connection while keeping sensitive data safe and secure. Children will remain happy, content and well-behaved with access to digital entertainment.

The inventors' personal interests inspired the idea. "We wanted to allow a child or other authorized user to watch videos, play games, or have limited accessibility to certain smartphone apps, while keeping personal identity and financial account information secure for the smartphone owner," one of them said.
