Infineon Enhances Magnetic Sensor Family; Announces New High Accuracy Linear Hall Sensors for Industrial Applications

Infineon Technologies (FWB:IFX) (NYSE:IFX) today introduced the TLE4997 and TLE4998 Programmable Linear Magnetic Sensors for industrial applications. On display in the Infineon booth #327 at the Sensors Expo, Rosemont, IL (June 9-11, 2008), the sensors expand Infineon’s family of high-accuracy, proven performance sensors for demanding applications. Linear magnetic sensors are used in angle, position and current measurement devices. Both the TL4997 and TLE4998 sensors have programmable parameters including offset, bandwidth, polarity, output clamping, magnet thermal compensation coefficients and memory lock, making them highly versatile in a broad spectrum of applications. The new TLE4997 and TLE4998 offer Infineon’s highest accuracy for linear hall sensors.
