Collector AB (publ) ("Collector”) (STO:COLL) has in accordance with information previously made public, conducted a rights issue of 9,355,000 shares. The rights issue has resulted in an increased share capital and increased number of shares and votes in Collector.

On October 31, 2016, the total number of shares and votes in Collector amounts to 102,690,502. Each share entitles to one vote.
