Iconix Brand Appoints Jeff Lupinacci As CFO, Promotes Seth Horowitz To COO

(RTTNews) - Iconix Brand Group Inc. (ICON), a brand management company, Wednesday said it has appointed Jeff Lupinacci as Chief Financial Officer, and promoted Seth Horowitz to Chief Operating Officer.

The company noted that current Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Warren Clamen is resigning to pursue other opportunities.

In addition, Rodney Hutton has joined the Company as Executive Vice President of the Men's Division.

Horowitz previously served as the President of the Men's Division for Iconix. Prior to joining the company, Horowitz served as President for Modell's Sporting Goods.

Lupinacci most recently served as Global Chief Financial Officer of IPG Mediabrands, the media holding company of Interpublic Group. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer, North America, ARC Worldwide, a marketing services partner of Publicis Groupe.

The company added that Hutton, prior to joining Iconix, was Chief Merchandising Officer for Anne Klein Brands.
