Icade sells its property engineering division to Artelia
Regulatory News:
Following exclusive negotiations begun in October 2012, Icade (Paris:ICAD) is announcing the sale of its three property engineering subsidiaries Arcoba, Gestec and Setrhi-Setae to the Artelia group.
For Icade, this transaction falls within the on-going refocusing of its activities. It also reflects Icade's determination to guarantee its clients high quality services through an independent and recognized partner.
Following this disposal, the companies Arcoba, Gestec and Setrhi-Setae will be able to develop within Artelia, a major French engineering player.
Icade's property engineering activity represents revenue of around €30m.
