Icade Has Announced the Signature of a New Sale Agreement in the "La Factory" Building in Boulogne and the Signature of a New Lease

Icade (Paris:ICAD) announces having signed a bilateral sale agreement for the "La Factory" building with a first-rate investor, at a price of 103 million euros net seller.

This sale is taking place after the signature of a new lease for an area of 5,400 m² and 104 parking spaces, for a firm period of 9 years, which brings the rate of occupation of the building to more than 85%.

Located in the very heart of the Trapèze in Boulogne, the building was designed by the architect Josep-Luis Matteo. It has a total of 14,000 m² of offices on seven levels, has an inter-company restaurant and 250 parking spaces in the basement.
